Breeze Agents and AI Workspaces: Intelligent automation comes to HubSpot

 

If you're up to date with the latest news from Spotlight Sprint 2025, you'll already know that HubSpot recently launched its new Breeze AI Agents and AI-powered Workspaces, in an update that marks a significant advance in the automation of sales, marketing, and customer support processes. 

The game is already changing for those seeking operational efficiency using contextual and proactive artificial intelligence, moving towards the least manual approach possible.

 
Breeze AI agents: intelligent automation within CRM

Breeze Agents are generative AI modules trained to work directly within the HubSpot ecosystem. In other words, they are the new intelligent collaborators that boost teams' most routine tasks—from generating content, automating lead prospecting, or turning tickets into useful articles—these agents do (almost) everything for you. 

If you've ever thought about having a colleague who never tires of writing, responding, and organizing for you, and if you already use HubSpot, now you have four: 

  • Customer Agent: Able to independently resolve more than 50% of support tickets. Reduces response time by up to 40%, communicating via email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and more. Learns from each interaction, enriching the knowledge base. 
  • Knowledge Base Agent: Automatically generates articles based on previous interactions, which speeds up self-service and reduces the burden on support teams. 
  • Prospecting Agent: Researches information about accounts and decision-makers, suggests personalized approaches, and helps build a faster and more targeted business pipeline. 
  • Content Agent: Creates content such as landing pages and blog posts from internal sources, using past performance to suggest topics and formats with greater impact.

The new generation of AI-powered workspaces also offers dedicated, intelligent environments for specific teams: 

  • Sales Workspace: Organizes sales tasks, prioritizes leads, and suggests next steps based on historical data and contextual cues.
  • Customer Success Workspace: Helps predict churn rate, track renewals, and resolve critical issues, all in a single dashboard.
  • Help Desk Workspace: Centralizes customer history, tickets, and recommended actions with AI, enabling more agile and effective support.

 

Who has access? HubSpot's new AI features are being rolled out gradually, and access depends, of course, on the type of license. Users with Professional and Enterprise plans have priority access, although some tools are only available in beta or upon request (for now). But the next phase of your HubSpot CRM can start now!
